Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2026. This policy protects EMDRSuite, therapists, patients, and infrastructure from misuse.

Permitted use

EMDRSuite may be used for legitimate professional therapy workflows, remote EMDR coordination, bilateral stimulation, patient links, notes, and related administrative tasks.

Prohibited conduct

Users may not use EMDRSuite for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized clinical practice, impersonation, malware, spam, credential theft, or privacy violations.

Security misuse

Users may not scan, attack, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or access systems, accounts, sessions, or data without authorization.

Sensitive content

Users must not upload or enter content that they are not legally permitted to process, and should avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Emergency misuse

EMDRSuite must not be used as a crisis response system, emergency dispatch tool, or substitute for emergency medical or mental health services.

Enforcement

EMDRSuite may suspend or terminate access, remove content, investigate misuse, or report activity when required by law.
