Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: May 4, 2026. This policy explains subscription cancellation, renewal, failed payments, and refund handling for EMDRSuite.
Subscription billing
EMDRSuite subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. The final price, currency, taxes, and renewal date are shown during Stripe Checkout or inside the billing portal.
Cancellation
Therapists can cancel through account settings and the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while keeping access until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds
Monthly SaaS fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where EMDRSuite approves a refund as a customer support exception.
Trials and promotions
Free trials, discounted periods, or promotional offers follow the terms shown at checkout. Users are responsible for cancelling before a trial converts if they do not want paid access.
Failed payments
If payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and EMDRSuite may limit access until billing is resolved.
