Last updated: May 4, 2026. These terms govern therapist access to EMDRSuite, including account use, subscriptions, remote EMDR session tools, and patient access links.

Service description

EMDRSuite is a software platform for therapists to coordinate remote EMDR sessions, create patient records, send secure session links, use visual bilateral stimulation, bilateral audio, video-ready workflows, and clinical notes.

Professional responsibility

EMDRSuite is a tool for qualified professionals. Therapists remain solely responsible for clinical judgment, patient suitability, informed consent, emergency planning, licensing, supervision, recordkeeping, and compliance with professional rules.

No emergency service

EMDRSuite is not an emergency service, crisis hotline, medical device, or substitute for emergency care. Therapists must maintain their own emergency protocols and instruct patients how to access local emergency support.

Accounts

Therapists must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and prevent unauthorized access. Patient links should only be shared with the intended patient.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is billed through Stripe according to the price and currency shown at checkout. Subscription features may be suspended if payment fails or if the account violates these terms.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with realtime systems, upload unlawful content, use the product for non-clinical abuse, or violate patient privacy.

Availability

Video, audio, realtime controls, and browser permissions depend on internet connection, device, operating system, browser, and third-party infrastructure. EMDRSuite may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features.

Intellectual property

EMDRSuite, its interface, software, brand assets, and content belong to EMDRSuite or its licensors. Users receive a limited right to use the service during an active subscription.

Termination

Users may cancel according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy. EMDRSuite may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement.

Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMDRSuite is provided as software-as-a-service without guarantees of clinical outcome. Liability limits should be finalized by counsel according to the operating entity and jurisdiction.
