Editorial Policy and Review Standards

Last updated: August 6, 2026. This policy explains how EMDRSuite prepares, checks, updates, and corrects its educational guides for therapists and software buyers.

Audience and purpose

The guides are educational product and workflow resources for qualified professionals evaluating remote EMDR software. They are not treatment protocols, medical advice, clinical training, supervision, or a substitute for professional judgment.

Authorship

Guides are published by the EMDRSuite Editorial Team using current product documentation, interface checks, authoritative references, and original analysis. Drafting or translation may be assisted by AI tools, but AI output is not treated as a source or clinical authority.

Product review

Product statements are checked against the current EMDRSuite code and interface before publication. The review covers available controls, patient access, video and audio behavior, security boundaries, billing flow, and claims about what the product does or does not provide.

Clinical review status

Unless a named qualified reviewer and credentials appear on an individual article, the guide has not received independent clinical peer review. Clinical statements are kept limited, attributed to authoritative sources where appropriate, and framed so qualified therapists remain responsible for suitability, pacing, consent, safety, and local requirements.

Sources and commercial interest

EMDRSuite sells the software discussed in these guides. Articles disclose that relationship through product-specific calls to action and distinguish product facts from general educational context. Sources should be relevant, accessible, and preferably issued by recognized professional, public-health, standards, or platform authorities.

Updates and corrections

Publication and modification dates are shown on each article. Product changes, materially outdated instructions, unsupported claims, broken sources, or translation errors should be corrected promptly. Corrections can be reported to support@emdrsuite.com with the page URL and supporting detail.
