Subprocessors

Last updated: May 4, 2026. This page lists third-party providers that may process data to operate EMDRSuite. The list should be reviewed before launch and updated when vendors change.

Hosting and server infrastructure

Hetzner and CloudPanel may be used to host the application server and manage server operations for www.emdrsuite.com.

Database infrastructure

Neon may be used to host the PostgreSQL database that stores account, patient workspace, session, configuration, and note data.

Payments

Stripe is used for checkout, subscriptions, payment processing, invoices, billing portal, fraud prevention, and related payment records.

Email and notifications

If transactional email is enabled, the selected email provider should be added here before sending production emails.

Analytics and monitoring

If analytics, error monitoring, or logging providers are enabled, they should be added here with purpose, location, and data categories.

Vendor changes

EMDRSuite should notify customers or update this page before adding subprocessors that materially affect customer data processing.
